"Three shed, Eddie Ryan built farm. Set on  fifty acres with mains water, the sheds are located away from the home and have a capacity of 120,000 birds (@.5 density) with a five year contract from Turi Poultry. This farm offers quality throughout with large driveways surrounding the sheds and huge loading areas at each end of the sheds. The farm has a generous amount of farm shedding including: a large machinery shed, a hay shed, chemical storage shed and up at the house, a seperate work shop storage garage. 

The three sheds are  double curtained sided ,with the inside curtain,  brooding fence , fans and equipment all automated. These shed are in excellent condition, well built and very cheap to run. They are also built in a way that would easily convert to free- range requirements."
