"Set on a beautiful ten acre block with views of the Bay and on the Main Ridge/Boneo border is this  modern Broiler farm. 

There are not too many farms in a prime position on the Mornington Peninsula which have four modern,  Tunnel type of sheds.(they are just missing cool pads)

Two of the sheds are only two years old. These are all fully automatic, with Agrologic controllers including remote controlled winching. With a capacity of 84,200 birds at .5 density, the farm is contacted to Baiada Poultry and has the full five year contact.

There is also a more formal sitting room with an open fire which burns beautifully (great on Sunday afternoons in Winter). The house also has three bedrooms and an office/study area.
