A cow is tipped on top of another cow in the kill room

After being shot in the knockbox, cows are tipped into the kill room and have their throats slit. They are often seen thrashing on the bloody floor of the kill room as they slowly bleed out. Many of these cows would have already been shot multiple times. Cows are then suspended from a chain using a hoist and have their skin, head and hooves removed.
