South Australia Fisheries Management Act 2007

2007 SA Act governing the 'seafood' industry. Contents includes minister & director of the industry, advisory committee, research & development fund, commonwealth - state arrangements, management plan for commercial fishing & recreational fishing and aquatic reserves, regulation of fishing & processing, Aboriginal traditional fishing, 'processing'/murder of aquatic life, offences under the act, prohibition of certain fishing activities, enforcement of the act, orders by ministers, court orders, demerit point scheme, reviews and appeals and transitional provisions.
